In order to support this philosophy we have opened a new customer experience centre at our newly constructed facility in Qiaonan (CN).<\/p>\n<p>No matter how great your customer service is, there will be at some point, a need to deal with an unsatisfied customer. At Lorom we train our internal team to handle all such issues in a friendly, professional &amp; courteous manner, providing full transparency with procedures to get to the route cause of any issue as swiftly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t dwell on what went wrong.
