A recent college graduate, he comes to us with a rare and dynamic joint research-teaching background in high frequency signal integrity engineering.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Chen holds an Intel-collaborated Masters of Engineering from University of South Carolina and a BS from Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin, China.
