This strategic addition to LOROM\u2019s leadership reflects a continued focus on LOROM\u2019s high performance cable assembly capabilities and high speed EMaxx cable assemblies announced earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>The Field Application Engineering Group will be focused on product development with our existing OEM customers as well as establishing opportunities with new customers in the wide array of product areas that match LOROM\u2019s extensive manufacturing capabilities. The new group will also lead the development of the company\u2019s technology platforms to service all of LOROM\u2019s current market segments and customer base. James Baker will lead LOROM\u2019s Field Application Engineering Group in the United States as Field Application Engineering Manager and will report to Henning Hansen, COO of LOROM North America. Prior to joining LOROM, Mr. Baker held several technical posts during his thirty-five year career in the Wire and Cable Industry.<\/p>\n<p>According to Henning Hansen, COO of LOROM North America, \u201cLOROM has aggressive goals for our product technology.
