In his role as Chief Technology Advisor, Mr. Sikora will leverage his proven background in material science and process engineering of high temperature compounds.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to Mr. Henning Hansen, COO of LOROM North America, Mr. Sikora will lead the R&amp;D teams in the US, UK, Germany, Taiwan and in China. He will be focused on enhancing LOROM\u2019s ability to proactively serve markets in need of cable interconnect solution excellence, including harsh environmental applications where extreme temperatures and exposure to chemicals come into the operating environment.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Sikora brings over twenty-five years of experience within the cable and electronic manufacturing industry. Prior to joining LOROM, he served as the General Manager and President of Leoni High Temperature Solutions GmbH, developers and manufacturers of high temperature cabling and held leadership positions at HEW Kable Germany.
