We take pride in being a “one stop shop” for our customers by offering all capabilities in twisting bunching and laying up conductors within a cable to suit any need, from complex high flex robotic cables to advance high bandwidth data center cables for enterprise networks.
Our high speed single & double twisting equipment combined with our “Gang Twisting” equipment offers single pairs or star quads in the most economical fashion keeping performance high due to our true twist technology, at the lowest possible cost.
We can go down to AWG46 using alloys covering applications such as medical cables for catheter, hearing aids as well as invasive in operable medical devices.
A non-concentric number of component pairs or conductors to be cabled together to any thinkable configuration up to 100 Components.
Also hybrid constructions, with different size components and or pneumatic tubes are within our capability.
Neutralization of back twist known as semi-planetary cabling process is often used impart little to no twist into wire making it an excellent option for applications that require high flex life such as robotic cables or advanced factory automation cables.
Our in house designed and build planetary cabling machines works of the principle of rotation of each pay off spool of wire as it is cabled.
This process adds no additional twisting or back twist making it the perfect method of coaxial cables in concentric lay ups, examples hereof are our MCX micro coaxial cables down to AWG46.
At the same time this process improves cable flexibility, reduces cable memory and improves the overall aesthetics of the final product.

Double & Single Twist Bunchers
Bunching of up to 100 wires or pairs in either concentric lay or bunch.
- Modular insert of multiple tape heads for over all shielding or buffer tapes
- Longitudinal shield or tape applied in a one step process.
Cabling up to 24 elements in concentric lay.
Planetary cabling is the only option ensuring that signal integrity is not compromised during the cabling process, by ensuring tension control and neutralization of back twist of sensitive components.
