How to File a Report:

Reports are confidentially managed by the Audit Office of Lorom. Please note that anonymous submissions are not accepted – real names are required. When submitting a report, include the following:

1. Whistleblower Details: Your name, relationship to the company, and contact information.
2. Subject Information: Name or department of the individual or entity being reported.
3. Third-Party Involvement: If applicable, include the name or company name of any third parties involved.
4. Incident Summary: Provide a detailed account of the incident(s), including persons involved, events, dates, locations, and relevant items.
5. Supporting Evidence: Attach all pertinent documents and evidence related to the incident.

Whistleblower Protection Policy:

To ensure the safety and privacy of whistleblowers, our policy includes:

1. Confidentiality: The identity of the whistleblower will be strictly protected. Any attempts by the reported party to uncover this identity are strictly prohibited.
2. Liability Reduction: Employees who self-report may be eligible for reduced liability.
3. Independent Platform: All reports are processed independently by the Taipei Audit Office, ensuring impartiality.
